Shipping & Delivery
We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS) and Fed Ex Home Delivery. For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. Shipping to international destinations will be made available in the near future. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists, sending you updates of new products to our online store, sending out emergency messages, such as inclement weather, etc. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. Returns & Replacements
We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make from The Bethel Store. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursable. Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if original receipt is included and the product was purchased within the last 60 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price. All returns should be addressed to: The Bethel Store, Online Orders, 8252 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910. Damages Items or Our Error When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at our Consumer Care hotline 1-240-533-3508 send an email to bookstore@bwomi.org. Our Consumer Care hotline and email is available Monday - Friday 10 AM - 4:30 PM EST. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. If you're returning the product because we made an error, please call our Consumer Care hotline at 1-240-533-3508 or email us at bookstore@bwomi.org. Our Consumer Care hotline and email is available Monday - Friday 10 AM - 4:30 PM EST. We'll promptly schedule a FedEx pickup and cover the cost of return shipping.
Ordering
In order to expedite your orders for future visits to this site, we ask that you create an account with us. Accounts are completely free, and keep a record of your previous transactions, order invoices, shipping and billing addresses, etc. To place an order, simply click on the product you're interested in and "add to cart". The status of your cart is displayed on the top and left side of the website. You may click on "add more products" to keep shopping, or select "proceed to checkout" to complete your shopping. If you have a coupon, please enter it in the "discount codes" box and click on "apply coupon". Simply follow the direction on the screen to enter your information and select a shipping and payment method. Finally, you can review your order and then finalize it. An order number will be given to you and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the email address provided, and also kept in your account.
Wishlist
The "wishlist" option allows you to save products that you are interested in, but don't want to purchase right-away. Saving an item to your wishlist makes it easy to retrieve, review and even purchase an item if you come back at a later date.
Viewing Orders
You may view your orders at any time by logging into your account and clicking on "my orders" in the left column.
Updating Account Information
We encourage you to help us keep your information accurate and up-to-date. To update your account information, simply log in to your account and click on the "account dashboard" in the left column. Then simply update the necessary information.
